Advisory Boundary Committee (ABC) Members
The Advisory Boundary Committee (ABC) is made up of appointed volunteers from the community who meet on a regular basis to review enrollment projections and demographic trends guided by Board Policies 5.01 and 5.012. During the year, the ABC Committee provides recommendations to the Superintendent. School Board members who are then responsible for making final decisions about adjusting and/or creating School Boundaries. This process occurs on an annual basis and is overseen by the Planning and Real Estate Services Department.
2013-2014 Boundary Cycle of the
Advisory Boundary Committee (ABC)

The 2012-13 boundary cycle began Thursday, March 15, 2012 and was completed on January 2012. All ABC meetings for the 2013-14 boundary cycle will be held on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays from 6:30-9:00 pm in the Board Room of the Fulton Holland Educational Services Center at 3300 Forest Hill Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33406.

Community Input Meetings (CIM) will occur in the fall 2012 after initial boundary proposals have been voted on by the ABC to take out for community input. Dates, times and locations of fall meetings will be posted to the CIM calendar page on this web page once they are set by the committee in the fall. Community Input Meetings for each boundary proposal are held at various sites through out the county from September-November.
Advisory Boundary Meeting News, Updates, Action Notices All ABC meetings are held in the Board Room of the Fulton-Holland Educational Services Center at 3300 Forest Hill Blvd. (located ¼ mile west of Congress Avenue).
