Grants Administration
Approval of Private and Competitive Grants:
Grants Clearinghouse Committee (GCC)
- The Division of Grants Administration and School Reform Accountability has created a process for reviewing and approving grant submissions of $10,000 or greater. Before writing competitive or private grants of $10,000 or greater, schools and departments will complete and submit for review and approval PBSD liquid office form 2339 to the Grants Clearinghouse Committee (GCC).
- The form gets routed through your principal / director and Area / Assistant Superintendent, and then gets routed to the GCC. The GGG will reply, via liquid office, to the grant submitter generally within a week of receipt of the form.
- Any changes or additions to your grant application after submission, will delay the approval process slightly.
- Federal Entitlement Grants do not have to go through the GCC process. Individual school or department grants under $10,000 do not have to go through the GCC process. The procedure for schools is to gain appropriate approval of the director or principal.
GCC Committee Members: Judith Klinek, Connie Tuman-Rugg, Marc Baron, Alison Adler, and Gary Weidenhamer
