LittleJohn, III - Senior Counsel, Real Estate & Planning As Senior Counsel for Real Estate, Blair is responsible for the School District’s real estate and lease transactions, capital project financing, interlocal agreements, and The Education Network issues. Blair is a graduate of Florida State University, and Florida State University School of Law. |

Kalinthia R. Dillard -- Associate Counsel, Contracts Kalinthia reviews contracts for the purchase of commodities and services for various departments (academic and operations) and schools. She also handles bid protests, garnishments, bankruptcy related matters, and other commercial disputes involving the District. Kalinthia earned her degrees from Clemson University and Florida State University School of Law. |

Vicki L. Evans-Paré -- Associate Counsel, Personnel Vicki is Associate Counsel for Personnel. She handles the day-to-day operations as they relate to employee discipline and personnel matters. She also handles arbitrations, EEOC complaints and litigation matters arising from employee discipline matters. Vicki graduated from Florida Atlantic University, and University of Miami School of Law. |

Iola T. Mosley -- Associate Counsel, Academics Iola serves as Associate Counsel for Academics. She provides legal advice on general and special education, student discipline, student records, and child custody issues. She gives regular trainings on a variety of education and student-related topics. She also handles hearings for felony suspensions and expulsions. Iola earned both her undergraduate and law degrees from Howard University, Washington, D.C. |

Kathelyn Jacques-Adams -- Associate Counsel, Business Operations Kathelyn is Associate Counsel for Business Operations. She handles construction litigation, judicial and administrative (before the Department of Administrative Hearings), bid protests, and legal review of construction contracts and other documents. Kathelyn graduated from Florida State University, and Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. |

Elizabeth T. McBride -- Senior Counsel, Administrative Law, Regulatory Compliance, and Governance Liz serves as Senior Counsel in charge of Policy review & development. She formerly served as Chief Legal Counsel for Fla. A&M University. Liz received her bachelors and masters degrees from Duke University, and her law degree from the University of Florida School of Law. |
