OPPAGA review (2003) : Documentation to demonstrate to state inspectors the Division’s compliance with best financial management practices for construction, maintenance and performance accountability. OPPAGA stands for the State of Florida Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability.
Facilities Study (2004): Assisted Real Estate Services in securing expert services through an RFP for evaluating the District’s deployment of support facilities.
Computer-Aided Facilities Management System (CAFM) (2004): Assessed the opportunity to integrate departmental information systems via a commercial off-the-shelf software program.
Division Procedures Manual (Ongoing) : Committing all procedures and flow processes used by FACMAN departments into a single reference principally deployed online.
Information technology pilot programs (2003): Managed a contract that: (1) rationalizes data elements in databases in the Planning Department, (2) bolsters the security of the FACMAN website, (3) explores improvements to labor management in Facilities Services, and (4) improves database skills in the Program Management Department.
