| Family Involvement |
Family involvement is a major component of Title I which aims to inform parents of their child's educational progress and also their rights, choices and opportunities for their child's education. The Department of Federal and State Programs in Palm Beach County, Florida provides a partnership with Title I Schools to build and strengthen family involvement. District support staff, technical assistance, resources and materials assist Title I schools to inform and prepare parents in ways that they may impact student achievement. Our brochure Families and Title I explains the many opportunities for Family Involvement in our Title I schools.
