  How do I go about leasing School space?
Answer:
  The leasing of school space for community use is handled directly by the schools.  Please contact the leasing school coordinator for information and scheduling.
     
Question 8:
  Is Liability Insurance required to lease space?
Answer:
  Liability Insurance coverage is required under all lease agreements. County or municipal lessees, leasing under an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) are required to carry liability insurance unless the lessee is self-insured by the unit of local government.
     
Question 9:
  I have a piece of property for sale, would the School District be interested in purchasing it?
Answer:
  Please contact Real Estate Services at (561-434-8083) and provide them with an address, legal description, survey, copy of the most recent tax bill, and any other information about your property.  The staff will evaluate your property and determine if the property can be used in conjunction with a school modernization or future school site.
