You Voted for Better Schools...

In 2004, the voters of Palm Beach County approved a county-wide, half-penny sales tax Referendum to raise an additional $560 million to complete the construction projects formally presented in the Five Year Plan & Capital Budget.  This mandate was a clear example of the overwhelming support Palm Beach County voters had for the goal of providing K-12 students with everything they need to optimize their learning experience.

School District of Palm Beach County has won awards for its fiscal management, building design and facilities construction.  In fact, because the District demonstrated cost efficiency in school building construction, the State of Florida has awarded the District more than $2 million!
