When entering a requisition in PeopleSoft, you must state a contact person (first and last name) and a complete phone number for the vendor to contact you to schedule delivery and set-up of the equipment. Prices for the fax machines include shipping, inside delivery and a one-year warranty. Installation is optional and if requested it will be a separate line item on your requisition.
