The Quick Copy Center offers a full range of copy and printing services, including a color copier and black and white copier for walk-up use or your request may be emailed using the Printing Estimate and Quick Copy Request (PBSD 0377). Color copies will be billed @ $0.25 per copy and black and white copies @ $0.02 per copy.
Follow these steps whenever you have any type of printing needs:
1. Complete PBSD 0377 through Liquid Office and submit it to the Quick Copy Center.

Quick Copy Center will either respond with a price and a completion date if it can be done in-house for your approval, or will contact awarded vendors for quotes. Quotes will be obtained in no longer than 72 hours.

Jobs done at the Quick Copy Center can be picked-up during the hours listed above.

If the Quick Copy Center obtains quotes, they will be evaluated and the best priced quote will be emailed to the requester with instructions for processing a requisition in PeopleSoft.

A copy of the quote in a PDF file must be attached to the requisition. Also, either attach a PDF file of the art work or send it directly to the vendor as soon as the purchase order is processed. Include your email and phone number so the vendor can send a proof for your approval before printing.
6. Jobs that go to an outside printer will be delivered directly to your location by that vendor.
We understand there may occasionally be an urgent need for a printing job but remember that last minute requests or rush jobs frequently result in you paying higher prices. So, please contact Terry Mandolfo as early as possible in your printing process.
Terry has many years of experience in the printing industry and can offer suggestions for print layout, the type of paper, etc. that can reduce the cost of your job.

How to use the attached example:
1. Please change the specific information as needed such as the Principal/Director and address for your school or department.

If you would like to share the document with your staff, you may save the document as a template, so it is not changed, by following the directions below:
- Click on File, Save as, Word Template, in a shared folder on your server. To prevent the original template from being changed.
- Right click on the file and click on the General tab
- Next to Attributes: check _x_ Read-only, Ok
- Each employee using the template must rename their document:
- Click on File, Save as, Word Document and rename the document, as needed.
- Begin typing your letter below the header. Delete page 2 if it is not needed.
