Student Accident Reporting
Student/Visitor Accident Reports are now filed electronically through the online forms process (see blue "forms" link at the top of this page) using PBSD Form 0335. Staff, Athletic Directors and Coaches need to be completing the online form and submitting the data on all student or visitor accidents as the electronic record is the official record of the School Board. Data on claims is available through the New EDW system, under Families, Student Safety. Each school has access to their own data. |
