Program Services
Elementary, middle and high school counselors offer support to students and parents. Through counseling, coordination and consultation, counselors provide information and skill development strategies to assist students in their educational, personal/social and career development. One of the most important roles of the school counselor is to help students with making good decisions and setting/achieving goals. Counselors meet with students individually, in small groups, classroom settings and also in large group presentations. School counselors work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, students, parents and the community to provide a comprehensive school counseling program that is an integral and essential part of the total educational process. Additionally, counselors are familiar with many community resources that may be helpful to students and families. Below you may link to a directory of all counselors in the School District.
