Menus are created on a seasonal basis. During the construction period, a Menu Advisory Board is called together to discuss new ideas for the menu. The board consists of registered dietitians, several School Food Service administrators, Field Coordinators, Food Service Managers, and parents. If you as a parent or guardian would be interested in participating on the Menu Advisory Board, please e-mail Jamie McCarthy, Specialist for the Nutrition and Wellness Promotion Team, at jamie.mccarthy@palmbeachschools.org. |
If you are a Palm Beach County student, here is your chance to make suggestions for your breakfast and lunch menu! Keep in mind the not only do your menu ideas need to be healthy, but they also need to be food selections that you think your fellow students will also enjoy.
