General Information

Welcome New Educators, Contacts, and Mentors! We are here to provide you with the support that you need, whether you are new to teaching, an experienced teacher in a new position, or a teacher-leader dedicated to supporting all new teachers on your staff.  ESP is the School District of Palm Beach County's formal program of support for newly hired educators. Systems of support include a support team, staff development opportunities, observations, conferences, and written and oral feedback.  ESP helps ensure that all beginning teachers have opportunities to strengthen their knowledge of instructional strategies, enhance their understanding of students as learners, and begin a process of lifelong learning and professional growth.

For more information regarding the ESP program, please call 366-6100, or px76100
