Fire Science Academy

  • The Fire Science Academy is a four-year program that will prepare cadets for career options in the public service sector. We offer professional training for the skills needed to pursue a career as a first responder.

The program is organized as a paramilitary organization. Students must become comfortable with a structured “attention on deck” environment with peers serving in leadership positions as company officers.

Completion of this program carries multiple benefits. Students will receive Honor Cord recognition and District Certificates of Merit for graduation. In addition, they will have opportunities to earn professional certifications through nationally accredited organizations.
