The mission of the Operations Division is to safely transport students to and from school, provide nutritious meals, ensure a safe environment, and create building environments conducive to learning.

The Chief Operating Office provides supervision and coordination of District operations, including construction and maintenance of facilities, student transportation, school food service, planning and intergovernmental relations, environmental and conservation services, building code compliance, and diversity in business practices.
