Home Health Aide - HHA
The Home Health Aide program at the Chuck Shaw Technical Education Center introduces the student to the concept of patient management in home - home care that includes physical comfort and safety, nutrition, and legal and ethical responsibilities.

The Administrative Office Specialist program takes your skills to the next level. The program will provide you with education and training of essential skills that will prepare you for employment in an office-based role or business environment. Phlebotomy Technician
In our Phlebotomy Technician program, students will learn how to properly track patients, correctly use phlebotomy methods (e.g. venipuncture, skin puncture), and learn various guidelines and policies. Our Phlebotomy Technician program has an English prerequisite and other requirements. Read details about the phlebotomy program here.

EKG Technician
The CSTEC EKG Technician program integrates medical theory with skills-based, practical training. This program will combine three different courses:
- Basic Healthcare Worker
- EKG Aide
- EKG Technician

Forklift Safety Course and OSHA Certification
The CSTEC forklift course is completed in one day. It is 5 hours in length and it consists of a 2-hour classroom session and 3 hours of hands-on instruction and observation of every student. The course is offered in English and can be offered in Spanish. The OSHA certification course is completed in 2 days. Schedule and tuition information can be found here.
