Arrival and Dismissal
- Students are to be dropped off and picked up at the front of the school. The bus loop and Cilantros shopping center are not appropriate pick-up or drop-off locations.
- Students will be allowed to enter campus at 9:10 am. They are to report directly to their 1st class for the day unless they are eating breakfast.
- Students are not to be loitering around campus.
- Once a student enters the campus they must remain until dismissal or until signed out by a parent.
- Once a student leaves the campus, they are not permitted to return unless accompanied by a parent.
- Students must walk their bikes or scooters on and off of campus. Students are not permitted to ride them on the campus.
- Students arriving by bus must either go to the cafeteria for breakfast at 9am or remain on the bus until 9:10. They are not permitted to get off the bus and go to the front of the school.

Morning and Afternoon care
There is no supervision outside of the school prior to 9:10am. If you need to drop your student off before then, they should be enrolled in morning care. Morning care students can come in as early as 7:30am.
Students need to be picked up no later than 4:15 in the afternoon. If you are unable to pick your student up by that time, please enroll them in aftercare. Aftercare runs until 5:15pm. At that time, they can either be picked up, or they can ride the Activity Bus home if they live in the zoned Wellington area.

Rotational Schedule
Our schedule rotates daily. The class they end with is the class they start with the next day. For example:

IDs
- School issued IDs must be worn around the neck at all times.
- The student name and picture must be visible.
- If students scratch out or cover their pictures, then they will need to purchase a replacement ID for $5 each.
- If students lose or forget their IDs, they will need to purchase a replacement ID for $5 each.
- Students who do not pay for the ID at the time of replacement will have the fee put on their obligations page and will be unable to participate in school events until paid.

Cell Phones
- Once a student enters campus, all cell phones must be turned off and put away. Each classroom has a phone holder area where the teachers will be collecting the phones. If a student’s phone is seen out during the instructional day (this includes between class transitions), then the phone will be confiscated and held in the office until a parent can come and pick it up.
- Please ensure your student is not using their phones during the school day. They are welcome to come to the office and use the office phone if it is an emergency.

Attendance
Students are expected to be in class on time daily. Students who are not in class before the tardy bell will be required to sign-in on the Student Conductor kiosk. The consequences for tardies are cumulative and as follows (Tardies reset at Winter Break):
1 and 2 Warning
3 - 6 Lunch Detention
7 and 8 After School Detention
9 and 10 Morning detentions (2)
11 and above In School Detention
Tardy consequences are cumulative and will be escalated to a higher consequence level if students fail to serve the consequence as assigned.
If you are dropping your student off and they are going to be late, please walk them up and sign them in. Students who are signed-in do not scan the Student Conductor System and will not get the issued consequence.
No early dismissal after 3:30.

School-Wide Positive Behavior Supports
- Students will earn points that are tracked in SIS. Twice a month, they will be able to spend their points at a school shop that will open during lunches.
- Points can be monitored in SIS and are based on our P-R-I-D-E behaviors.

Quality Points and Monitoring Grades
- Students must have 4 quality points in each core subject area (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies) by the end of the school year. Each letter grade earns a certain amount of points.
- A=4, B=3, C=2, D=1, F=0.
- Any student who makes a F in a quarter will be required to attend credit recovery afterschool to make up the credit.
- They have 1 quarter to complete this.
- Failure to do so will result in them being pulled from elective classes to complete this.
- Students may not participate in an extracurricular activities until they have the necessary credits for that quarter.
- Students must have 4 quality points in each core subject area (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies) by the end of the school year. Each letter grade earns a certain amount of points.

Homework
Students will have homework regularly. This homework is part of their grades. Please ensure that your student is completing AND turning in their assignments on time. This can really help or hurt their grade.

Requesting Conferences
Please contact your grade level secretary to request a conference. Conferences are held Tuesday mornings from 8:45-9:00. We cannot start a conference after 8:45, so please be on time. We do not do conferences with just one teacher. When participating in a conference all 6 teachers will be present.
