Sunshine State Young Reader Award Ice Cream Sundae Party

We celebrate student reading success through the Sunshine State Young Reader Award program at Polo Park. One of those ways is with an Ice Cream Extravaganza held each spring.  When students read 3 or more SSYRA books, and pass the Reading Counts quizzes for those books, they get an invitation to the party. This is a true celebration of reading fun and the more SSYRA books they read, the more toppings they earn for their sundae.
