A Special Holiday Message From Superintendent Donald E. Fennoy II

Holiday ornamentA Special Holiday Message
From Superintendent Donald E. Fennoy II

Season's Greetings,

Nothing gets me in the holiday spirit like festive music, especially when it's performed by our District's talented student musicians.

I invite you to enjoy a front row seat to Songs of the Season, a collection of musical performances performed by our talented student musicians. You can watch on TV throughout the holiday season. Songs of the Season airs daily at 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Comcast 234 and AT&T U-verse channel 99.

Speaking of talent, check out these holiday cards created by our student artists.
Sophia Milcheva is the winner of our annual holiday card contest in the elementary school category. Samantha Bourne won in the middle school category, and Noha Huda won in the high school category.

Whether your holiday break includes lounging at the beach, quality time with family, or time-honored traditions, my personal wish for you is that your Winter Break allows you the opportunity to relax and recharge.

You've worked very hard to make our District 'A' rated and the top performing large urban District in the state. Happy Holidays from my family to yours!

Donald E. Fennoy II, Ed.D.
