The School District of Palm Beach County
A unique classroom apprenticeship program in the School District of Palm Beach County is giving non-instructional school staff a tuition-free pathway to become full-time certified teachers. It's an initiative to help grow the District's own staff, called the Associate Teacher Program. It allows participants to gain valuable teaching experience and be paid, while fast-tracking their education degrees.
