As an eighteen‐year employee of the Palm Beach County School District, Dr. Lee has worked in numerous capacities. He has been a teacher, assistant principal, area coordinator, middle and high school principal, assistant superintendent and had been appointed to serve as an instructional superintendent for secondary schools.   

During Dr. Lee’s tenure as the principal of Watson B. Duncan Middle School, he developed a pre‐finance academy.  This continues to be a thriving program that has created a pipeline for neighboring high schools’ business and finance programs.   

Dr. Lee earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Criminal Justice from Florida A&M University and a Master Degree and Doctorate of Education from Nova Southeastern University. He is also a graduate of the National Superintendents Academy, which prepares school leaders to run school Districts.

Dr. Lee has been married for twenty years to his wife, Luanda. They have two awesome sons, Christian (13) and Kerrington (11).
