ACCOMMODATIONS FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILTIES
WHAT ARE GED® TEST ACCOMMODATIONS?
GED Testing Services provides reasonable and appropriate accommodations to individuals with documented disabilities who demonstrate a need for accommodations.
Test accommodations are individualized and considered on a case-by-case basis.
All GED® candidates who are requesting accommodations because of a disability must provide appropriate documentation of their condition and how it is expected to affect their ability to take the GED® test under standard conditions.
You should try to submit your request
for accommodations no less than 60
days prior to your desired GED® test date. This way, if your request is incomplete and we need additional documentation from you, you will still have enough time to submit the additional materials for our review. Keep in mind that each request is individually, thoroughly reviewed, and this takes time.
The School District of Palm Beach County, Florida, prohibits discrimination in admission to or access to, or employment in its programs and activities, on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex or sexual orientation, marital status, age, religion, disability, genetic information, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic prohibited by law.
