National Career and Technical Education Month

The Association for Career & Technical Education (ACTE) our National organization, declares the entire month of February, 2018 dedicated to celebrating CTE.

CTE gives students an early opportunity to explore career possibilities and a head start on preparation for careers in high skill, high wage, and high demand occupations. Many of the fastest growing occupations today, and within the next decade, will require the academic and technical knowledge and skills that students gain from completing CTE Programs of Study.

A special message to Palm Beach County CTE Teachers from Rod Duckworth, Chancellor for the Division of Career and Adult Education, Florida Department of Education.
