Collective Bargaining Agreements

State law requires School Boards to collectively bargain with recognized employee organizations. The Department of Labor Relations represents the School Board and the Superintendent in negotiations with four employee organizations:

• The Association of Educational Secretaries and Office Professionals (AESOP)
• The Palm Beach County Classroom Teachers Association, Inc. (CTA)
• The Palm Beach County Police Benevolent Association (PBA)
• The Service Employees International Union/Florida Public Services Union (SEIU/FPSU)  
• The Staff Association
