Village of Wellington Donates Nearly $400K to Wellington Schools

The Village of Wellington continues to serve as an outstanding supporter of the School District of Palm Beach County, with its generous Keely Spinelli Grant donation to District schools located in Wellington.

Nearly $400,000 was awarded to 11 Wellington-area schools, each school receiving $36,363 to help students with reading and math. The grant is named in honor of the late Binks Forest Elementary School principal, Keely Spinelli.

The grant will be instrumental to the academic success of District students at the following Wellington-area schools:

 • Binks Forest Elementary    • Panther Run Elementary
 • Elbridge Gale Elementary    • Polo Park Middle
 • Emerald Cove Middle    • Wellington Community High
 • Equestrian Trails Elementary    • Wellington Elementary
 • New Horizons Elementary    • Wellington Landings Middle
 • Palm Beach Central High    

Since its inception, the Village of Wellington has awarded more than $2 million to Wellington schools. The District appreciates the contribution, and makes a special acknowledgement to the following individuals from the Village:
