New Teacher Support

The School District of Palm Beach County offers many ways to support our new teachers. Whether new to teaching or just new to our District, we offer support services that are differentiated based on the educator's experience. New Teacher Support in Palm Beach County is called ESP (Educator Support Program) and is for all teachers new to the District. It is an exploration of instructional best practices that are universal across contents, grades, and all facets of education.
