FTE and Student Reporting

FTE and Student Reporting is responsible for the coordination and collection of student and teacher data to participate in the Florida Educational Finance Program (FEFP) and to report to the Florida Department of Education (FDOE) required data elements for academic compliance.

The department trains, manages and supports the functionality and ongoing development of the Student Information System (SIS), SIS Gateway, and SIS teacher gradebook. Other duties include data processing support, class size compliance, master board scheduling, graduation cohort monitoring, bonus FTE collection (AP, AICE, IB, CTE), and FEFP audit coordination for all PK-12 and adult education programs.
