Inspector General Office

The School Board of Palm Beach County established the Office of Inspector General (OIG) to incorporate a full-time program of investigation, audit, inspection, and program review.  We provide increased accountability, promote fiscal responsibility, assist management in the establishment and maintenance of effective systems of control, and provide increased oversight in improving District operations.  We also assist in improving operations, including deterring and identifying fraud, waste, abuse, and illegal acts.
