Assistant Principals Induction Program

Leadership Development; Learning, Leading and Growing Together

The Assistant Principals Induction Program is designed to provide support for new assistant principals, during the first two years of their administrative career. The program is designed to provide job-embedded, real-world learning experiences. All assistant principals participating in this program are assigned an assistant principal mentor and engage in collaborative, support sessions with their mentors and members of senior leadership.
