A Guide for the Placement and Evaluation of Foreign-Born Students is a resource provided to School Counselors and ESOL Coordinators by the Department of Multicultural Education of Palm Beach County School District, Florida. As the face of our world changes, so do the educational systems of foreign countries. The most current information available from the IAU’s WHED (World Higher Education Database) is provided in this guide. Users are encouraged to research the country’s secondary education system to see if any information has changed since the date of this printing ( 2010).
