Allison Monbleau Biography

Allison Monbleau, Director

Allison Monbleau is the Director of School Food Service for Palm Beach County School District. She has worked for the School District for 25 years and is passionate about the impact her team has on the children and community in Palm Beach County. The department’s motto of “Kids First…Providing Food For Thought” energizes her to expand existing programs and implement new initiatives. Allison leads a dedicated team of over 1,200 staff supporting 207 schools. Together her team annually serves over 34.5 million breakfasts, lunches, afterschool snacks and suppers in pre-COVID times. Allison is a member of the United Way of Palm Beach County’s Hunger Relief Advisory Council and the Hunger Relief Childhood Workgroup supporting initiatives to end childhood hunger. She is also a member of the Urban School Food Alliance, the National School Wellness Coalition and the School Nutrition Association from where she has received her School Nutrition Specialist credentialing. Allison is originally from New Hampshire where she received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Business and Hotel Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
