  • Hard work has produced impressive academic gains inside teacher Allyn Van Valkenburg's Diamond View Elementary classroom. Her students may be amazing readers, but they still have a tough time saying her last name. No worries! This special educator simply goes by "Ms. V" and she had a major victory by being this week's Thank a Teacher winner. For all of her accomplishments and hard work, Allyn received a $150 prize from HCA Florida Healthcare: hcafloridahealthcare.com
