Timber Trace Elementary School Principal Kathy Pasquariello says Ms. Folmar's commitment to service has enriched the school community. She has developed a system for recruiting student volunteers, ensuring a consistent and enthusiastic pool of helpers for various events throughout the year. By developing relationships with school counseling teams and volunteer coordinators at nearby high schools, she’s able to support students needing community service hours while also offering guidance, mentorship, and appreciation for their efforts. She works in conjunction with our PTA to set up duties for events. Her passion for volunteerism is contagious, inspiring students to become active participants in their school community.
