The Purchasing Department is dedicated to providing procurement services to support the activities of the School District of Palm Beach County through contracting for all commodities and services while maintaining procedures that foster fair and open competition. The Office of Diversity in Business Practices is happy to collaborate with our Purchasing Department and introduce BidNet Direct by Sovra, the School District of Palm Beach County’s new e-procurement platform!
Effective January 1, 2025, all bidding opportunities with the School District will be published exclusively on BidNet Direct, providing SBE/MWBE vendors with a streamlined and efficient way to access contract opportunities. Registration is FREE and ensures you receive notifications about relevant bids and solicitations directly. To support our diverse vendor community, the Office of Diversity will offer training sessions throughout the year to help you navigate the new platform.
We encourage all SBE/MWBE vendors to take advantage of this valuable resource, register today, and actively participate in the procurement process. Let’s work together to do business and grow your opportunities, building a stronger, more inclusive community for all!
How to Register and Use BidNet Direct
If you do not have an existing BidNet Direct account:
Register now for your FREE School District of Palm Beach County vendor account to receive bid notifications and participate in solicitations.
If you already use BidNet Direct and have a vendor account:
ADD the School District of Palm Beach County to your existing account:
