Media Advisory: Olympic Heights students honored by U.S. Rep. Ted Deutch for “Ninja Number” app

BOCA RATON – U.S. Rep. Ted Deutch will visit Olympic Heights High School on Thursday to honor sophomore Kaylee Cunningham and senior Jared Spector for their “Ninja Number” app, which they created for the 2015 Congressional App Challenge. Winners of the Congressional App Challenge will be announced on Feb. 22.

Cunningham and Spector are both enrolled in the Engineering and Olympians Advanced Placement Academies at Olympic Heights, and are among more than 960 students in 42 states that are competing in the Congressional App Challenge.
