The School District of Palm Beach County’s Multicultural Education Department is set to host a Virtual Family Engagement Night for parents on Thursday, February 25 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Engagement Night events provide opportunities to share important information about academics and other meaningful topics.

Additionally, the event allows parents to learn successful strategies for getting involved in their children’s education, as well as getting answers to any questions they may have. Sessions during the event will include information about the road to middle and high school success, college awareness and planning for families, and more.

Sessions will be available in English, Haitian Creole, Spanish, and Portuguese. During the meetings, participants will also be given information about distribution of backpacks in the Central, North, South, and Glades regions.

Participants can join the event in their preferred language, either using Google Meet or by calling the dedicated phone number and entering the assigned access PIN.
