Health Care District Offering COVID-19 Vaccine for Adults and Children 12 and Older at School District Locations

June 3, 2021
The School District of Palm Beach County, in partnership with the Health Care District of Palm Beach County, will offer the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for students, staff, and their families (ages 12 and older) at four School District locations.
Beginning on June 5, the Health Care District Mobile Clinic will be administering the vaccine on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at select locations. The locations will be open through August 8. The vaccinations are available without an appointment or insurance, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students, staff, parents, and guardians 18 years and older do not require a parent’s consent. However, children 12-17 require a signed consent from their parent or guardian, and a parent or guardian must be present with the child at the time of the vaccination.
Upon receiving the vaccine, information will be provided on how to receive the second round of the Pfizer immunization.
NOTE: The COVID-19 vaccine is NOT required for any student or staff member of the School District of Palm Beach County.
