Eligible students are encouraged to register for this year’s Back to School PBC event that is scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 30, 2022. During the event, all registered students will be provided with free backpacks and school supplies.

Depending on the location and resource availability, participating students can also receive haircuts, school uniforms, sneakers, socks, blood tests, biometric health screenings, vision screening, hearing tests, and other health and community resources.

In order to participate in the event for free, students must: 

1) Reside in one of the 84 designated Countywide Community Revitalization Team (CCRT) communities or any mobile home park located in unincorporated Palm Beach County. 

2) Be enrolled in kindergarten to 12th grade in the Palm Beach County public school system or a charter school in Palm Beach County for the 2022-2023 school year. 

WHAT: Back to School PBC Supply Drive

WHEN: Saturday, July 30, 2022

WHERE: Students and their families can attend at any one of the following locations in Palm Beach County: the Palm Beach County Convention Center, Village Academy, or Palm Beach State College – Belle Glade Campus. A smaller distribution site will be set up at the Edna W. Runner Tutorial Center in Jupiter.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Pre-registration is required. To determine eligibility and register, parents or students should go to the Back to School PBC website, enter code PBCOCR, the student’s home address, along with the parent’s email address, and cell phone number. Deadline to register is 5 p.m. on Monday, May 23.
