Parents, Give Feedback to District Effortlessly

Parents are key partners in their children's education, which is why each year the District asks families about their perceptions of their children's schools using the School Effectiveness Questionnaire (SEQ). Results from the SEQ are reported annually and are used to guide school improvement planning and District decision-making.

The parent SEQ is anonymous and distributed to all parents of students in grades K-12. It measures parent perception of the following categories: School Climate, Diverse Community, High Expectations, Individual Concerns, and Parental Involvement.

Parents can take the SEQ using the form sent home from their child's school, or take it online at In both formats, parents can take the survey in English, Haitian Creole, Spanish, or Portuguese.
