Inactive Administrative Records
Inactive records are records which are no longer frequently accessed by the creator, but which are required to be maintained for legal, regulatory, tax, or historical reasons, per the Records Retention Schedule. Contacts are:
Inactive records can be maintained for schools and departments by the Records Management Office.
Inactive records are maintained on a variety of media through a variety of methods, including document imaging, microfilm, microfiche, and paper.
