We are excited to provide your with a private and secure manner to complete your benefit enrollment. The steps are as easy as accessing your e-mail!  First-time users will need to create a password. You can then simply click on Log In at the top of the School District's Home Page, then Self Service from the District's Employee Portal.
• At the top of the District's Web Site, click Log In

• You will be prompted to provide your User ID & password to sign into the Employee Portal

• Click on the PeopleSoft Tile.
• Click on Self Service (You may be prompted to provide your User ID & password again)
• Click on Benefits
• Click on Benefits Enrollment

For step-by-step enrollment instructions, click here! If you are enrolling your spouse, domestic partner or any children to you medical plan you will need to include the following information for each of them:

*Gender  *Date of Birth  *Social Security Number

If you do not have a Social Security number for a dependent, such as a newborn child or newly adopted child, please obtain one from the Social Security Administration.


New Employees/Rehired Employees

Medical Plan choice is limited for a minimum of 12 months:

New plan options are made available during the annual enrollment following a minimum of 12 months of active employment.


New Hires - Be sure to complete your Tobacco Affidavit in Self Service/Benefits/Wellness Rewards and Surcharge within 30 calendar days of your hire date/benefits eligibilty date.  Otherwise you are subject to a $50 per month Tobacco Surcharge.  Read more about this on the Wellness page.
