MISSION STATEMENT

The mission and goals of the Risk and Benefit Management Department are to provide a comprehensive benefits, safety and risk management program that is fiscally responsible and furthers the District's goals of achievement for all. 

Special Event Risk

Special event means a temporary meeting, activity, gathering, or group of persons, combination thereof, having a common purpose, design, or goal that will impact the ordinary and normal use of area or building. where the event substantially inhibits the usual flow of pedestrian or vehicular traffic, and is not the type approved for, or customarily associated with, the site upon which the event is located. A special event is not a normal business event or similar activity for office establishments

Student Accident

Student/Visitor Accident Reports are completed using the District's EForms system.  Please click on the Forms link at the top of this page and search for PBSD Form 0335 .

Staff, Athletic Directors, and Coaches need to be completing the online form and submitting the data on all student or visitor accidents as the electronic record are the official record of the School Board.

Insurance Certificates

A certificate of insurance is a document issued by an insurance company/broker that is used to verify the existence of insurance coverage under specific conditions granted to listed individuals.
