The School Board of Palm Beach County, Florida invites Certified General Contractors, or Certified Building Contractors, prequalified by the School Board to submit Proposals to provide Construction Management at Risk Services for Core Renovations. The RFP document may be obtained from BidNet Direct at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/palmbeachschools. The School Board reserves the right to waive minor technicalities in any proposal.

Proposals shall be submitted through BidNet Direct by: December 15, 2025, no later than 2:00 P.M. EST.
