PURPOSE: REGULAR BOARD MEETING: Including:
- Open Public Hearing Item for K-12 Fine Arts, Career Technical Education, and World Languages Instructional Materials for future adoption.
- Development of the following Polices as advertised on the District’s Legal Notices Webpage on 1/5/26:
· Policy 5.324 Students will Life Threatening Health Conditions
· Policy 5.60 Eligibility for Participation in K-12 Extracurricular Activities
· Policy 5.61 Eligibility Requirements Including Physical Examination for High School and Middle School Interscholastic Athletics
· Policy 5.615 Drug and Alcohol Testing of Student Athletes - Repeal

The public can attend the meeting in a room or rooms at the Fulton-Holland Educational Services Center or at a designated area. THE DEADLINE TO SIGN UP TO SPEAK IS NOON THE DAY OF THE MEETING.
2. IN WRITING:
Written public comment can be submitted by emailing boardoffice@palmbeachschools.org. To assure written comments are read by School Board Members prior to the meeting, they must be received by noon THE DAY BEFORE the meeting.
