State of the Workforce


By 2020, studies predict that the majority of new jobs will require a STEM background.

In a few short years, less than ten percent of college graduates will have the experience they need to fill the 80 percent of jobs that will require science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) background.

Prepare STEM Employees


We are looking businesses to participate in providing teachers with real world work experience in STEM related industries so they can take that experience back to the classroom, and inspire students to stick with STEM subjects. Please help us address this looming employment and education challenge in our community. Palm Beach County is a great place to live and work.
