What are you doing this summer? The 3rd Annual Summer Learning Inspirations website for K-12 Students and Parents contains hundreds of activities, resources, community services, camps and locations to discover for the entire family. Studies show that students engaged in learning throughout the summer are more successful when they return in the fall. Enjoy reading, learning something new, visiting a park or science center and participating in our summer reading contest.
Beginning 3/14/16, all students can now use their District Google mail account to receive emails from .edu, .gov, .us, .mil, and .fed email addresses. Prior to that date, all student District Google mail accounts were restricted to only communicate with District employees. They could not send and receive email to/from non-District email addresses.
This change allows students to communicate with U.S. postsecondary educational institutions regarding college applications, admissions, financial aid, and scholarships. It also allows students to conduct research through District email communications to and from .edu, .gov, .us, .mil, and .fed addresses.
