Keven Allen Jr. Biography & Presentation

Keven Allen Jr. is an experienced Higher Education professional with focused expertise in the areas of student development, student retention programs for underrepresented populations and facility operations and management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Creative Writing and Religion from Florida State University, Masters of Higher Education Leadership from Florida Atlantic University, and is currently a doctoral candidate in the Higher Education Leadership program at Florida Atlantic University. As an academician, his research interests include first-generation student success, minority male retention, holistic support for underrepresented populations, spirituality and mindfulness, and educational leadership.

Professionally, Keven serves as the Director for First-Generation Student Success at Florida Atlantic University. Within the community, he serves as pastor of The Seekers Church in Boca Raton, Florida, Co-Owner of Fully Promoted Delray Beach and is a proud husband and father.
