Dear Team Palm Beach,
All Palm Beach County School District-operated schools remain closed until further notice. Distance learning begins Tuesday, March 31.

Additionally, Fulton-Holland Educational Services Center remains closed to the public and most staff until further notice. Only those employees who have been assigned by their Chief to report directly to District headquarters should do so. School Police should be notified in advance of who will be reporting to Fulton-Holland.

Please review the updated work schedule for employees for the week of March 30, 2020. If you have any questions about your schedule, please contact your supervisor directly.

School Front Office Administrative Staff
• Until further notice, an administrator is expected to be on campus. Principals may rotate this assignment with their assistant principal(s).
• Assistant Principals may be assigned as needed to help facilitate virtual instruction and school operations.

T-Bargaining Unit (Teachers, Media Specialists, Counselors, Coordinators, etc...)
• Teachers and other members of the T-Bargaining Unit should transition to virtual instruction and remote work.

Custodians
• Custodians are returning to their normal schedules the week of March 30 and should continue to clean and sanitize the school until further notice.

School Food Services
• School Food Service Managers should continue to report their SFS supervisor to assist with the community feeding effort.
• Food Service Workers remain on call until further notice. Should they be needed to assist with feeding effort, they will be contacted by SFS leadership.

School Police
• School Police remain under the command of the Tactical Operation Center.
