Transition Resource Fair!

The Council for In Transition Youth (CITY) and the School District of Palm Beach County ESE Department is proud to welcome back the Transition Resource Fair!   This free event is open to all students with disabilities ages 12-22, their families, educators, and professionals. Families will have the opportunity to speak with and gather information from local agencies, community resources, the Palm Beach School District, and programs offered by Palm Beach State College.  The Transition Resource Fair will be held from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Palm Beach State College campuses on the following dates and times.  You may attend any location and date.
