WPP School Assessment Archives

The triennial Wellness Promotion Policy (2.035) - Required School-Level Assessment is designed to collect information regarding each school’s implementation progress of the District's Wellness Promotion Policy 2.035.

This Policy strengthens a unified and collaborative effort of promoting and improving learning and health, and supports the principles of the "Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child" (WSCC) model. This federally required school-level assessment tool incorporates questions from each of the ten WSCC components that are vital for positive results in learning and health for our students and our employees of The School District of Palm Beach County.

All schools are required to complete this comprehensive assessment to provide the District with information related to wellness initiatives, implementation efforts, and overall progress toward supporting student and employee wellness.

This page provides access to archived school-level assessment documents and serves as a historical reference for all assessment responses submitted in support of the District’s Wellness Promotion Policy (2.035).
